Kellerbier

Kellerbier, is an unpasteurized and naturally-conditioned lager, tracing back to Franconia, Bavaria; its literal translation is “cellar beer”, a reference to its cool lagering temperatures. We use a malt bill that consists of Pilsner, Munich One; then, it undergoes minimal hopping with Tradition, and Mandarina Bavaria, and Santiam. Left in your glass is a rich copper-colored lager, with a naturtrüb appearance—naturally cloudy. Light and soft around the edges, this beer is liquified toasted biscuits, with caramel drizzle—not overly sweet though, you know what we’re talking about—in your mouth. Show Less
