Not to be confused with the Double Tonka Frappe 8% version which is very average, this 12% collab version is superb. Coconut smell and flavour from the Tonka. Sweet smooth well balanced. Caramel/brown sugar. One of the best nonbarrel aged stouts I’ve had

Tonka, tonka, tonka plus chocolate, vanilla & coffee, kinda fruity with it. Rich, roasty & fragrant. One of my favourite beers from last year. Not enjoying it quite as much this time but it's still grand.

Caramel and coffee on the nose. Sirupy, w/ an opaque hue. An almost classical, sweet vanilla stout at low temp. that becomes more bitter and coffeeish as it warms up. The tonka is well-dosed, giving an Amaretto-like feeling. Slightly smoky aftertaste.
