Incredibly sweet. Sweetart like at first with a lingering and building sweetness that makes the candies seem unsweetened. I like some sweetness, but a few little sips of this one was enough for me. Probably the perfect slushie beer tho!

Candy-ish Sour Ale made with Li Hung Mui powder…dried salty Chinese plums. Sweet, tangy, salty; a lot of angles to this brew. Sugary cream center stage. Unusual, and for me, probably not repeatable…yet worth the trip. Cheers!
