Kerszurige aroma's,amberkleurig,schuimkraag heeft er een tint van meegekregen.Rijke schuimkraag,stevig, fijn qua structuur.Troebel, met stukjes erin.Smaak kerszurig,maar ook limoenzurig en, proef een zekere kruidigheid. M'n bek trekt samen nadien.
