Multiplier Effect

A Saison comprised of old stock (3-year-old) barrel aged Saison’s; one kveik ale conditioned on local blueberries in a pinot noir barrel and the other a neutral barrel aged house-culture Saison. These barrels were blended with a base Saison (Outside Days) a barrel aged lager (Pro Rata) for balance and complexity. The culminating Saison boasts dark fruit forward notes of plum, mixed berries and apricot. A clean tartness wraps up the fruit and wine like notes with a slight funkiness. The beer finishes complex with interplays of dryness and tannins meeting a boozy and acidic finality. Show Less
