This 7.4% milk stout is a smooth drink full of chocolate and coffee notes. We worked with local Richmond Roastery, Recluse Roasting Project, and found the perfect blend to bring out the best in this milk stout.
Their coffee bean, the Lennon Diaz, is a Honduran based coffee bean from the Finca Liquidambar Farm. The bean itself has notes of red apple, raspberry, and milk chocolate. The flavor profile of those beans combined with our milk stout recipe created notes of light raspberry and chocolate.
