Smelt like a nice malty old school WC with Brett funk, but changed to earthy oak after a swirl. Super complex but a bit flat, probably age. Funky pineapple. Hay and mushroom (perhaps influenced by the label).

Pours with nice carb. This has matured nicely, must be 2yrs old by now. It seems to have more sort of over ripe stonefruit, almost cooked to caramelly flavours- stewed fruit. Think this might be my last one, bugger.

Pours a nice deep amber with only slight head. Stone fruit hops meld well with an overripe pineapple funkiness. There's also some hay funk and perhaps even a bit of umami. All balanced with a rich maltiness and a slight-but-present tartness.

Definitely a complex brew. Pours quite thick almost muddy with a bright head. Funky fruit aromas make way to a heavy, spicy brew that is abundant with fruit and hop, underlined with oak and finishing with a brilliant subtle bitterness.
