Pixel Star American Pilsner, crafted with the finest Cashmere & El Dorado hops from our friends at CLS Farms (@cls_farms) in Moxee, WA.

We wanted to brew an American hopped Lager that didn't taste like an IPA, and the softness and fruitiness of our selected Cashmere hops was the perfect choice for a soft hoppy expression that doesn't push into a lager disguised as an IPA or Pale Ale.

We add in some El Dorado hops to enhance the fruit character, adding a touch of melon into the aroma profile. Light & crisp like all our pilsner beers, this distinctive hop aroma of strawberries, crushed fruit and mild citrus give this beer its distinct flavor compared to a traditional European lager.
