We dug deep to summon all the spirits, and Brad's prowess with a smoker, to craft this enchantress on the very eve of Halloween. Thirty pounds of locally sourced pumpkin were smoked overnight with a brown sugar glaze, mashed with a full vessel of grain for a higher gravity beer, and boiled with a small hop addition for an ever so slight bitterness. But we weren't done there!
