Tinus is drinking a Persimmon (2011) by Upland Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
Warm golden, no head. Light fruity aroma, overripe apple, warm glue, hints of persimmon. Sour flavour, starts relatively mellow, all considered, but becomes stronger with every sip. Sour finish, apple.

Amerikaanse "lambiek" met kakifruit. Speels, gekke geur. Doet denken aan cactusfruit. Samentrekkend mondgevoel. Hanssens vibes, aceter.
