Not too sour or tart on the yuzu. Nor is it overly sweet from the vanilla. The raspberry is a bit delayed and only comes through in the finish. A light, refreshing sour better for summer than when I’m drinking it

Found this hiding in the back of the fridge… probably for a bit too long, but it’s still outstanding. A cool, barley melted scoop of raspberry yuzu sherbet... sweet fruity raspberries, sour citrusy yuzu, creamy dessert-like finish. Awesome!
