This whole fucking style is so underrated. An amazing beer. Light hay-like notes develops throughout the experience alongside a crackery and lightly phenolic character. Balanced, crushable, leaving you wanting more.

Drinkable, but not exciting. It's sour, but in a non-descript way. Nothing identifiable in it. My best description would be a lager with a shot of vinegar dumped in it. Makes the lager a bit more exciting, but still doesn't do much else.
