Arakiri (2026)

Get ready for a flavor duel fit for the greatest samurai... with a rainbow-feathered twist.

Arakiri is our tart homage to Japanese culture and our slightly unhinged sense of humor. A beer as crimson as the honor of a rōnin who just ruined his sushi, and as explosive as a parrot jacked up on raspberries. Behind this name that punchily cuts through your palate lies pure fruity madness: 200g/L of real raspberries thrown mercilessly into the tank. It’s not just a beer; it’s a red-fruit kata.

On the nose: bam! A field of fresh raspberries wraps around you like a sweet, zesty tornado. On the palate, it’s vibrant, crisp, and razor-sharp. A clean raspberry strike, an acidity as precise as a freshly sharpened katana, and a smooth lactic finish reminiscent of homemade yogurt—if your grandmother were a brewmaster in Kyoto.

Zero residual sugar, pure raw pleasure. Every sip is a round trip to the top of Mount Fuji with macaw feathers on your back and a mouth full of sour candy. You didn't think a bird could commit culinary seppuku? Think again.

✨ Perfect as an aperitif with your master crew, as a palate cleanser between two ninja IPAs, or paired with vanilla ice cream under the cherry blossoms.

Arakiri is our art of brewing saber-rattling. Noble, wild, and utterly ruthless.

One motto: Honor, Acidity, Raspberry. Sharp & repeat. Show Less
