Second check-in after aging a couple of weeks (both the beer and me! 🤣). Rich, thick, creamy honey malt nectar. The flavor of honey is so pronounced that I almost wonder if it is an ingredient. Oak tannins provide a nice woody balance.

Union Craft has an absolutely phenomenal bottling program, and this beer is a great example. Honey grain nectar...thick, rich, creamy, almost syrupy. Dry tannic bitterness from the oak. Fruit as it warms. Work of art. Per the bottle, 2024 edition.
