Friends From Other Places #2: Merlin In Malta

We teamed up with our friends Wayward Lane to brew a beautiful and complex sour ale with Guava, Soursop, and Phantasm powder. Lush and familiar tropical notes of Guava, combined with the exotic Soursop fruit. Native to Southeast Asia and the Caribbean, Soursop is a white custardy fruit with flavors ranging through pineapple, apple, strawberry, and banana. We further extended this beer by adding Phantasm (dried and powdered New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc Grape Skins) for added flavor of white wine and more tropical depth.
FFOP#2 is pleasant and fulfilling with a gorgeous peach hue and a very approachable abv. Show Less
