This is great. The body to this is just lovely in the mouth, and the mango has that wonderful richness akin to having it in a sorbet - it’s not overly sweet or artificial, there’s a heft and balance and perfume to it that’s immensely satisfying

Pours golden and hazy with a decent head. Smooth oaty maltiness with stunningly puckering tart mango overtones and a suggestion of saltiness on the finish. Sweet, but not overly so. If only all sours could be this tart! Banger 👍
