Really decent pastry. Sharp apple sour with enough cinnamon to be quite prominent. Well rounded overall. Thinner than I'd expect but not to its detriment. Lots of Floaties

Exceptional. Loads of pastry depth, loads of sediment, syrup and cinnamon. I'm becoming a bit of an Unbarred fanboy, everything I try seems particularly good.
