Naughty or Nice

This hopster mobster is an Uiltje Christmas legacy, the latest mad man on our Santa hitlist of do-badnik beers. Instead of creating another mean lil’ bastard this year – you know, like Owl Capone’s trigger-happy cousin – we brewed a schizophrenic Two-Faced criminal packing some heavy hop heat. Heavy on the sweat and dry hopped below the knees, its 100% naughty. Bubbly on its feet with a sweet scent of citrus, it’s Baby Face nice. You could say our Brut IPA is purposely off balance, a little bit wacko. Drinking it is like opening a badly wrapped present only to find a Fabergé snow globe inside. Which side of this IPA’s diametrically opposed personality you taste is on you. Be honest with yourself and confront your own fractured mental state this Christmas.
