Süßliches Bierchen, Oxidation recht deutlich, nach all den Jahren darf es auch etwas muffig und staubig sein, dunkles Dörrobst dabei, Malzkörper noch ordentlich, Hopfen kaum spürbar, trocken und ein wenig kratzig. Irgendwie spannend.

Tom Tauer: IK B. Sticke oder Doppelsticke? Mit der Sticke hab ich ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht wie Du beschreibst. Und ne jüngere Doppelsticke schmeckt schon deutlich besser wie diese hier. Spannend war sie wohl, genussvoll weiß ich nicht 😉
