This hasn’t aged that great. Not quite a barleywine, not quite a stout, great at neither. Likely much better fresh, as indicated by my 4.75 rating back in 2016.

6 years old in the discount cart at Lundeen’s, but still perfectly drinkable and rather tasty.

Been in a basement for 4 years and turned out pretty good. Thinner than expected and mellowed quite a bit I’m sure but no off notes or too much heat. A bit toasty, hints of black licorice and butterscotch still shine through so it’s not a total malt bomb.
