We add 3 pounds of rosemary to the boil and a generous amount of Simcoe and Chinook hops to provide resinous and piney notes. We also added a good helping of Amarillo, Citra, and Sorachi Ace hops to provide some citrus and lemony bite to balance out the pine notes. Our annually released Rosemary IPA is the perfect pairing for your holiday dinner table.
