5% ABV Mead/Braggat A collaboration with Hive Mind Meadery, using their own wildflower honey that brings notes of bramble, lime, and mint from their local flora in South Wales. We then added a bit of Yorkshire influence by adding Rhubarb.

As advertised. I like the honey coming through at the end. But finding it a bit thin.

I've been looking forward to this. Mead/beer collaboration, floral but not sweet smelling. The rhubarb provides a fruit finish but again not sweet, tastes like proper beer. In between the honey is just hinted at the front of the mouth.
