Taste: Tart lime, lemon and kaffir leaves provide a refreshing citrus palate. Followed by bready wheat malt. Finishes with a restrained saltiness.

Named after the Buddha Fingers citrus fruit that was lavishly added to this brew.
Gose (said like Rosa) is a complex beer and the only one to be brewed with salted water. The unique saltiness this beer is thought to have come from the mineral rich waters of the aquifers that supplied the old Goslar brew houses.
