Świetny aromat beczki Sherry Oloroso, dębina, nuty funky. W smaku słodycz, przyjemna goryczka, bardzo dobrze komponujące się tu stajenne akcenty. Było sporo niepewność co do tego eksperymentu, pozytywne zaskoczenie. Warto butelekę zostawić w piwniczce. 😷

Drôle d’hybride. Levures saison discrètes. La barrique de sherry apporte un truc vineux et sur le fruit. Les brett envoient un petit twist funk en finale. C’est assez équilibré, sec, et surtout ça goûte pas les 12.5%ABV.
