from the TRVE Elder Gods cellar clear; a 2018 bottle, I believe. Lost some of its carbonation, but a tart, crisp honey tone still remains. Not super acidic or vinegary like most of their mixed culture saison stuff, cleaner finish here.

These guys opened up their cellar for the anniversary. 2018(!!!) Mixed culture saison with Colorado and Missouri honey. 🤯🤯 Just incredible. Smooth, sour, and honey but not cloying finish.
