Turning Two

Turning Two is a blend of our favorite and best tasting barrels. It has a blend of barrels ranging in age from 12 months to 18 months. It was skillfully blended by Chris Walowski and the brewers. The beer was then bottle conditioned for 10 weeks with orange blossom honey. The beer is a lovely golden color with a nice white head and is well carbonated. The beer has aromas of honey, straw, white wine, and oak. When you take your first sip you'll get flavors of honey, wine, oak, and a balanced acidity. The beer finishes dry with a light, snappy acidity and leaves a touch of oak on your pallet. Show Less
