A murky color almost pink and a unique smell , one I have not smelled before. I'm picking up red currents and elderberry and passion fruit. And some lemon and that wild yeast of barnyard as well.

Dec 18. 75cl bottle. Crisp and bright on the palate, taste presents sharp wild sour complexities given a welcome warmth and sweetness by the chardonnay influence. A little acetic presence. An impressive, complex barrel-aged wild sour.
