The hazy pale ale trials are getting granular. We have two this week, and the first one, Scratch #402, has the same soft and hazy base thanks to pale malt, malted wheat, raw wheat, oats and honey malt. London 3 yeast gives us a dry fermentation. The tweak comes in the dry-hop bill. Citra, Vic Secret and Azacca lend really ripe and sweet fruit notes reminiscent of pineapple and passionfruit.
