Coco-Nator

The inspiration for Coco-Nator came from the winner of our first-ever Homebrew Hang: Kristen Richards of Harrisburg, PA. Starting with a base of Troegenator wort, Kristen brewed her take on our iconic Double Bock with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and toasted coconut. Coco-Nator captured our hearts and palates, so we worked with Kristen to scale up the recipe.
