Complex—plum, chocolate, caramel, cinnamon, coconut, almost a rye spice at very back end. Best beer I’ve had in the last year! Hye thee to Triptych-a brewery pinching WAY above its weight. Would put them up against anyone but Treetop and Alchemist.
