Pours amber with a small head. Just a wine aroma but it's very pleasant. Good wine flavour, a bit of oakiness and a sweet aftertaste, some mango, passionfruit and peach at the backend. It's smooth, doesn't taste 9.2, it's dry with lovely carbonation.

Explosive champagne beer! Very unlike it's wild sour cousin...this one is incredibly smooth. Lots of grape and yeasty aromas; it has the sweetness of a white wine but balanced by woody bitterness.
