Spellbound

Brewed with a proprietary blend of both our house ale yeast and one of our favorite American ale strains, we’ve sought to blur the line between thick, super juice hazy East Coast, and ultra clean, sparkling West Coast hoppy beer.
The resultant liquid presents itself as a drier, yet still pulpy - pungent, yet still delicate, Triple Crossing style pale ale. Our aim with this beer, and those like it, is to bring some drinkability back to the current modern take on these hop forward beers, while retaining the softer, saturated hop character that is the hallmark of what we do.
To that end, we notice sweet tangerine, plush ruby red grapefruit, ripe honeydew, and tropical green papaya. Show Less
