Sorry For the Wait

Our latest expression of the DIPA style takes shape with an extremely diverse and expressive gathering of oil laden hop varietals from all over the map. Featuring HBC-586, Talus, Strata, and Motueka from New Zealand, we looked to create a hop forward beer from a blend of cultivars unlike any other we’ve done to max out a sense of full-on uniqueness. And for the name – it’s from something far more profound than our usage of it, but still carries weight for what we do and who we’ve become. Some, us included, might say it took far longer than maybe it should have for Triple Crossing to take shape as the brewery we now are.
