Green Dreams (Motueka, Moutere, HBC-586)

Our ever experimental and rotating DIPA makes its return for new year. This iteration brings three varietals that we don’t often get to experience in our mainstay beers, let alone together. We hopped this beer with NZ Moutere, NZ Motueka, and HBC 586 – which we feel deserves an actual name, and thoroughly believe in as an accompanying hop.
Much like many things in life, or even that weekly rotating freshly made ice cream flavor from a certain Shenandoah Valley college town creamery, you can’t count on everything being available all the time.
