Double Falcon

This beer often feels or seems like the snow leopard in one of those epically shot nature shows.. you know it exists, but remains elusive and rarely seen. No time like the present for a reintroduction.

We construct this beer from a slightly tuned and elevated Falcon grist and hit it hard with our proprietary blend of dry hops which always includes Falconer’s Flight and El Dorado, among others.

To that end we notice dense grapefruit rind, tart orange oil, orange creamsicle, and our stone fruit laden juicy-fruit like house ale yeast character. Show Less
