From last weekend. Popped a dusty Trill from the cellar to tip the cap for their 12th anny. Didn't take any real notes but recall the acidity settled down quite a bit from fresher sniffs oh so long ago. Tart fruited American wild ale feel it in my plums

Zack Shedlock: Guess I only imbibe dis beer when playing drunk Jenga. The 750 is str8 unnecessary no one crushing wild ales like dat no more. Best recommended format is slamming dis with friends sake style. Much more manageable in dat respect. Aged 9 years.
