Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Permutation 6.37 takes it's inspiration from some of our favorite summertime mixed drinks. Pouring a milky, deep orange with a peach-tinted frothy head, this tropical sour ale is brewed with a generous amount of orange peel, as well as passionfruit, guava, vanilla, and lactose. Waves of orange creamsicle, creamy passionfruit, freshly pressed pineapple juice, and bright guava brush across the palate. With a full-bodied, plush mouthfeel, Permutation 6.37 is a rich and vivid drinking experience. Show Less
