Double Seesaw: Plum

The Seesaw Series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added.

This Double Seesaw variant is generously fruited with plums and pours a striking dark pink color with shimmering haze. Swirling the glass, the nose is welcomed by lush stone fruit overtones with accents of ripe mixed berries and dried citrus rind. The palate follows, redolent with flavors of bright, juicy plums, sweet raspberry jam, and freshly squeezed lemonade. Medium-bodied, Double Seesaw: Plum is faintly tart with a low level of acidity and balancing brackish salinity that makes for a refreshing, mouthwatering finish. Show Less
