Another of my favourite categories, but difficult to find…a Russian Imperial Stout! Dark, smooth, strong (needs to be over 9%), velvety with hints of coffee, chocolate and aniseed (think licorice). Nadal vs Djokovic in the quarterfinals in Paris.
