Monofloral Vol. 2: Tupelo Blossom

This is the second in our Monofloral series of traditional, single-flower varietal meads. Tupelo blossom is one of the most unique and hard to find honey varietals in the world. Blooming for only a couple weeks per year, Tupelo trees are only abundant enough for harvest in the swamps of a tiny area in the southeastern United States. The payoff is an amazing honey that has notes of floral white pepper, accented with subtle fruit & vanilla. Those forces combined create a truly stunning mead that will pair perfectly with sunshine and celebrations.
