The flavor is really well balanced/handled. Really hard to explain but the candied nature of this is slightly stronger than subtle and doesn’t taste too boozy. Would be great to keep warm with in the winter. 😉

Definitely one of the better executed bourbon barrel quads... Big bourbon up front, fruity Belgian yeast middle and a nice dry finish. I love that it finishes dry instead of sweet.
