The nice head is gone after two years but now really getting to be a good Belgian. Caramel, brown sugar and Belgian esters now. Really nice finish and aroma.

Woah. Took me off-guard with how strong this is. It hits all the right notes though, caramel, malty, strong, sweet. Delicious

Decent Belgian strong ale. Caramelie. Not overly boozy for something at 12.2 %. There's a weird after taste that comes with American versions of a Belgian. I think it's the yeast.

Meh, tasty beer, but missing the hallmarks of the style, dark fruits, clove/black pepper phenolics, hard to call this a belgian dark strong.
