2018 (younger than I thought) Traquair. Pretty fantastic. Gentle carb. Rich, fruity and malty. Nice texture. Sweet but thin enough not to be sickly. Hints of choc, big on the treacle and molasses. Mostly up front caramels and burnt sugars. Real quality.
