Sacred Vision

Our friends at Burnt Mill make some truly excellent beer, with some of our favourites being their West Coast offerings. So it was only fitting that we decided to brew a West Coast IPA when they paid us a visit in mid-March. The beer pours beautifully clear in the glass, but is deceptively juicy on the nose with Nelson & Rakau doing their best to throw you off from the typical American C-hop aroma. On the palate, you're met with a pleasant bitterness that is more than welcome for the style and keeps you coming back for more! Show Less
