Really quite an interesting (and delicious) beer. Nine months past it’s BBD yet the bergamot and raspberry have coalesced into something quite like a delicious Long Island Iced Tea of a beer. Fabbo. 10% though, not 11.5.

Another mad Torrside brew. Raspberry and bergamot in abundance, a whole bunch of chewy toffee too, pleasing hop bitterness at the end. Its very complex and inspired, which I had much more. Real Friday treat. We had a cat in the house 😍
