Hint of orange peel and a light, sour(!)vinous taste before a subtle smokey bacon finish. The flavours become stronger as it warms

There's a lot going on here. Maybe too much. The wine, smoke and bergamot are all there as promised. Once you get over the initial wtf and lean in to it, it's actually very (dangerously?) drinkable.

Bergamot and smoke on the nose, subtle barrel on the way through and gentle sour in the finish. Complex, enjoyable, but probably more unusual than gorgeous. 32/186

Lovely bergamot nose. Nice subtle smokiness and a fine vinious mouthfeel. Nice flavour.
