Thanks Nomadblake. From last weekend. Could tell this would have been sensational even a few years ago. Dark choc and some barrel prevailed. The structure/body was still there. A pleasure trying but wouldn't pay for it at this time haha

For its age, I believe it deserves a 4.85. Slightly sour when it warms up but over all some umami, oakiness notes are very enjoyable. Body has faded a bit. Bourbon notes held up well. Lovely bucket list tick.
