Well this was fantastic. Not so much a sour as a passionfruit fruited beer. Either way, delicious.

Was in the mood for a sour, but calling this a 50/50. It’s okay, I guess, but it feels like it’s stuck trying to figure out what it wants to do. This might work best as an intro to sours for someone who hasn’t dabbled in sour land before.
