Lagging Elf (‘19-‘20)

This small batch clone of the original ‘elf’ brew certainly took its good old time to get here. Brewed in early December 2019, it took a lot of brewing science, determination and money to get this beer fully fermented and clocking in at its full 11% ABV before packaging in early March 2020. After 3 months in the tanks, this elf spent the past 9 months cellar conditioning before finally making his delayed arrival as we enter the home stretch of this holiday season. With a nice amber-brown color and floral, spiced aroma, this ale proves that it was definitely worth the wait and encourages drinkers to follow its path and enjoy slowly. Show Less
