The result is a refreshingly dry, fresh and bitter IPA, heavily dry hopped with the three American hop varieties: warrior, simcoe and centennial. Dealing a punch of citrus, peach and grapefruit from the deepest of our hearts. By Using enzymes to break down the gluten, we are able to retain the body as in your regular crushable IPAs.
